Robert L. (Bobby) Ragsdale began flight instruction at Robert Mueller Municipal Airport in
September 1941, operating a Civilian Pilot Training Program. Ragsdale Flying Service, de-
veloped jointly with his wife Pearl, became one of the major fixed base operators in Texas.
