official capacity as part of the administration at Howard Payne.
Wellness complex among

A wellness complex featur
ing classrooms. Faculty of-
fices and recreational facili-
ties is among four campus
building projects recently
approved by Howard Payne
University's Board of
Trustees.
In addition to the
wellness complex HPU
will create a central power
plant and construct an Old
Main tower as well as a the-
atrecommunications pro-
duction facility.
Total construction cost of the
projects is estimated at $5.3 million

Searborough-Linebery Foundation
campus projects approved by Trustees
of Midland for partial funding of the
central power plant and total con-
struction cost for the Old Main

91. Carpenter earned a master's
degree from Hardin-Simmons
University in 1990.
