BLANDING WILL
THE STATE OF TEXAS)
COUNTY OF NAVARRO )
IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN.
Revoking all former wills heretofore made by me, I, J.M.
Blanding, for many years past a resident citizen of Corsicana,
Texas, being of sound body and mind, but knowing the uncertain-
ty of life and the certainity of death, do hereby make, publish
and declare the following to be my last will and testament.
viz:-
FIRST
I direet all of my debts paid as early as possible with-
out sacrifice of property.
SECOND
I give and devise to my son, H.O. Blanding ant my daugh-
ter Agnes Blanding Stroud, in trust, the following described
property, viz:
Block No. 223 of the H & T.C. R.R. Company addition to
the City of Corsicana in Navarro County, Texas. Also, a lot
of ground situated on West Second Avenue in the City of
Corsicana, Texas, fronting North on said West Second Avenue
67 feet and running back to a depth of 140 feet, and being
property lying west of and adjacent to, the present homestead
of Harry 0. Blanding. To have and to hold the above described
property in ttrust for the use and benefit of Henry 0. Blanding
Jr., and Cora Frances Blanding my grandchildren. Said trustees
are directed to hold and rent said property for a period of
fifteen years after my death, and at the expiration of said
period of time, to deliver the same to the beneficiaries here-
in stated, in equal shares and divide said rents equally be-
tween them. Provided, however that if before the expiration
of said period of time, said trustees, in exercise of their
sound discretion should deem it advisable to sell such pro-
perty, or any part thereof, or to partition the same between
the two beneficiaries, herein named, they shall have and are
hereby given full authority so to do.
THIRD
m give and bequeath, in fee simple title forever the re-
mainder of all my property real, personal and mixed, to my
children, Henry Brmsby Blanding and Agnes Blanding Stroud, to
be equally divided between them.
