The Corral
ON MEETING
Into the room she came-almost unnoticed,
Disturbing not Part Three, 'Twas being read.
Assembled choir with books in hand
One glance aside ... and there she was again.
With cake crumbs trickling down my chin
I asked, "Who is that girl?"-and then-
We met-"Good night; do come again"-
I did.-Ty Morris, Jr.
