ed an election for the voting of bonds in the sum of $300-
000 for a city sewage system and of $600000 for city
street paving; declared that water being assured by the
Walker-Caldwell agreement the fire protection matter
would be taken care of in the street paving program ; pass-
ed an ordinance regulating jitney traffic in the city under
which the maximum fare that can be collected within its
limits is 50 cents and then proceeded with routine business.
