adding "8149" for chapter and section numbering where required throughout the bill.
The amendment to SB 1877 was read and was adopted by a viva voce vote.
All Members are deemed to have voted "Yea" on the adoption of Committee
Amendment No. 1.
On motion of Senator Whitmire and by unanimous consent, the caption was
