Met April 4
The East Ward" Mother's Club
met April 4 in the school auditor-
ium, The president. Mrs. O. P.
Ethredge. called the meeting to
order.
Mrs. E. J. Smith was in charge
of the program which consisted of
a group, sing-song led by Mrs.
W. C. Loekett, a piano solo by
Elsie Jane Bridges, and a very
interesting and inspiring talk on
"Looking at the things that are
ours" by Rev. Edgar H. Graham.
The" following officers were el-
ected for next year: President;
Mrs, Custer Knox; Vice President
Miss Beulah Watson;: Treasurer,
Mrs. Bogan Ffiggs; Secretary.
Mrs. W. Mi Emmons; Reporter,
Mrs. Hugh Smart.
The lasi meeting for: this-year
will be held the first Thursday
in May. Mrs. Etheredge urges
every mother to be present at
rhis meeting.
