The Tarleton State University
Stuaeni'Financial Aid Office
deems it necessary to inform all
students that our office is not af-
filiated with, nor grants endorse-
• ment, of the Academic Council
on Financial Assistance. This is
in regards to the recent circula-
tion of letters to Tarleton students
from the forementioned organiza-
tion pertaining to the availabili-
ty of scholarships, fellowships,
and grants to eligible students.
Students wishing to pursue ap-
plication may continue to do so;
however, they should exercise
caution. If any student has any
further questions concerning this
matter, please contact our office.
Cooperation
requested
In order to avoid conflicting
special events, a master calendar
for all campus activities is kept
in the office of Student Activities
and is updated on a daily basis.
University policy requires stu-
dent organizaions to complete an
Activity Permit and return it to
our office one week prior to a
function.
; In an effort to keep a more ac-
curate calendar, we are dang for
your cooperation as well. In the
,event that here is a special ac-
tivity, we are asking that the per-
son(s) responsible for the event
please complete and return one
of the enclosed Activity Permits.
This will improve the channels of
campus communication and will
enable us to help in the publicity
of your event.
If we may be of assistance to
you in determining a date for an
activity or in obtaining more Ac-
tivity Permits, please feel free to
contact our office.
Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated.
