No use wasting money on things that are
low grade when the best goods can be pur-

prices.
Better things to eat mean better keaith at

It's Tobacco, Now.
And now the Woman's Christian
Temperance Union has declared war
on tobacco in all forms and asks
that all addicted to its use be barred
from teaching in the public schools.
Truly, there is no rest for the weary !
If this organization, like the Federa-
tion of Women's Clubs, will take up
the fight against the bandbox as a
traveling companion for women, and
against the wearing of tight corsets,
and against the senseless massacre
of song birds to be used for purposes
of personal adornment, its efforts
will be appreciated and more to the
point.—Quanah Observer.
