barn lot after the calves, .and one of
them ran into the barn where

I saw it was Charlie Harris, and
then run out and called for Mr.
Noel, and he came and cut bim down.
The deceased was then dead. The
last time I saw bim alive was about
dark last eveniug. Wo were not
working together yesterday. The
last talk I bad with him bo seemed
to bo perfectly rational. The de
ceased was banging behind the gear
room with 6no end of the rope tied to
a joist, and the other end looped
around his neck. The docoased wss
