No. 1676 1 AN ACT 2 relating to fees charged by certain counties near international 3 borders for issuing certain utility certificates. 4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: 5 SECTION 1. Subsection (g), Section 232.028, Local 6 Government Code, is amended to read as follows: 7 (g) The commissioners court may impose a fee for a 8 certificate issued under this section for a subdivision [r-aft ] 9 which is located in the county and not within the limits [-te 10 ctrA.territorial ; ,ctio 1n] of a municipality [~-d ypat of ixA 12 mi l ..ity]. 16 A person who obtains a certificate under this section is not 17 required to obtain a certificate under Section 212.0115. 18 SECTION 2.
