Section 24.120, Government Code, is amended by 6 amending Subsections (b) and (c) and adding Subsection (b-1) to 7 read as follows: 8 (b) The 19th, 54th, 74th, [and] 170th, and 414th district 9 courts have concurrent jurisdiction in McLennan County. 10 (b-1) The 19th District Court has concurrent jurisdiction 11 with the county court and the statutory county courts of McLennan 12 County in misdemeanor cases as well as the jurisdiction prescribed 13 by general law for district courts. 14 (c) The terms of the 19th District Court begin on the first 15 [ ee...e-d Mondays in January, March, May, July, September, and 16 November. 17 SECTION 2.
