acres in the name of John Shearer; thence north with east line
Section No. 1, and west line John Shearer survey at 1900 vrs.
pass northeast corner said Section No. L, and northwest corner
John Shearer in the south line of a one-third league survey in
the name of John M. Seaton, which is 1443 vrs. a point in the
north line of said Seaton survey and the south line of a league
and labor survey in the name of Abb Luce, Sr. which is 4336 vrs.
east of the southwest corner said Luce Sr. survey at 8182 vrs.
a point in the south boundary line of the Crowell Independent
School District 2664 vrs. west of the southeast corner said
Crowell Independent School District; thence West with the South
line said Crowell Independent School District at 4336 vrs. a point
in west line said Luce Sr. survey and all corner said Crowell Independent
School District; thence south with east line said Crowell
Independent School District S. 00 10' W. 1900 vrs. a point the

of 640 acres in the name of David M. Hallmark, which is
994 vrs. south of the N. E. corner said Hallmark survey at 2105
vrs. cross west line said Hallmark survey at 2224 vrs. a point
the northwest corner Fractional Section No. 450, Block A, H. thence south with west line said Sec. 459, at 741 vrs.
southwest corner said Fractional Sec. 459, in the north line of
Jacob Oswalt survey; thence east at 121 vrs. northeast corner
said Oswalt survey southwest corner David M. Hallmark survey
