S. B. No. 93.] CHAPTER 33.
An Act to amend Article 4930 of Chapter 11, Title 78, of the Revised Civil
Statutes of 1925, and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. That Article 4930 of Chapter 11, Title 78, of the
Revised Civil Statutes of 1925, be amended so as to hereafter
read as follows:
Article 4930. Breach by Insured. No breach or violation by
the insured of any warranty, condition or provision of any fire
insurance policy, contract of insurance, or application therefor,
upon personal property, shall render void the policy or contract,
or constitute a defense to a suit for loss thereon, unless such
breach or violation contributed to bring about the destruction
of the property.
SEC. 2. The fact that the wording of the present statute is
bad, creates an emergency and an imperative public necessity
that the constitutonal rule requiring bills to be read on three
several days, be suspended, and said rule is hereby suspended,
and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its
passage, and it is so enacted.

LIVE STOCK SANITARY COMMISSION-EMERGENCY
APPROPRIATION.

An Act making an emergency appropriation out of the General Revenue of
the State of Texas to be used by the Live Stock Sanitary Commission of
Texas for the payment of salaries of inspectors in the eradication and control
of fever tick (Margaropus Annulatus) and other agencies of transmission
of infectious, contagious and communicable diseases of live stock
.and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the State
