A Critical Young Lady.
A eritioal young lady was re-
cently heard expatiating vigor*
ously against the silly way that
women have of kiseing each
other every time they get to*
gether. She said: "If twenty
women were to meet in the
street every last one them wouli
have to kiss ths othsr nineteen
and there would be—let me eee
880 kisses worse than thrown
eway, for probably in ten min-
utes the whols party would sep-
arate into squads and go off
talking about each other. When
you eee one of theee violent-
miscellaneous, kiss-sverything
in sight kind of a women, it is
safo to set her down ae a fraud,
which she generally ie. If I had
my way, kiseing should be con-
fined to family uses and for
medicinel purposes. Now, don't
you put my name to this or I
will kiss you right on Buck street,
the first chanca I have."
