130 RESOLUTIONS.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate, the House
of Representatives concurring, that the State Highway Department
be ordered and instructed to loan one of its trucks and one
of its automobiles to Major D. S. Wood, of the National Guard
in charge of relief operations in the hurricane area for said
counties. Said trucks to be used as long as necessary to relieve
the intense need.

concurring, That House Bill No. 81, now in the Governor's
Office, be rl-called for correction.

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, The Legislature of Texas having practically completed
its labors, and
WHEREAS, There is now no business pending before either
body that requires longer time than Wednesday to complete, and
WHEREAS, The Governor by message has indicated he will
not submit further subjects, and
WHEREAS, We cannot consider legislation in a special session
that is not submitted by the Governor, and
WHEREAS, We should not remain longer to waste time and
the tax-payers' money,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate, the House
of Representatives concurring, that we adjourn sine die Wednesday,
September 21, 1932, at 6:00 P. M. o'clock.

[NOTE: S. C. R. No. 10 was adopted by the Senate by a viva
voce vote; adopted by the House by a vote of 75 yeas, 29 nays.]
