Dear Sir
Poshae Cord
received A. Penitentiary Voucher given
you for conveyance of convicts is of course
good to you in settlement with this office.
If you will forward same (?) at
once, it can be paid, and the amount
deposited to your credit

Sir-- dont lose this - if you
sent the voucher down deliver this to me
