He is wearing a dark, three piece suit with a blue striped tie and white shirt. He sits in a green leather desk chair. His left arm rests on the desk. He holds a book in his lap with his right hand. Chandor created three of these paintings. One was given to the East Texas State University (Now known as Texas A&M--Commerce), the Capitol in Austin, Texas and one hung in Sam Rayburn's private office in Washington, D.C.
