NEED SOME OFFICE
FURNITURE?
Hot been buying some new office furniture on credit and
would like to sell some used furniture for cosh. Have a
large mahogany desk, a leather arm chair, a typist chair
and a nice swivel chair with arms. Drop by and take a
look.
Need Some Minerals?
We have a place for some scattered minerals. If you would
like to cash in on part of your minerals, let us know and
maybe we can handle them for you. We are taking some
leases right along throughout the area and if your land is
open you should get in touch with us. Looks like some of
the folks down south got taken for a ride on some leases.
The guys who were supposed to have leased the land
never did get around to paying for the leases. That's what
you call "Cold Drafting" and that's why it's a good idea
to deal with someone you know is on the up and up—like
us for instance.
Surely Spring Will Come
Beginning to have my doubts about it but it always has
up until this year anyhow. When it finally gets here this
country will look like a garden with all the wonderful
moisture we've had. Right along about now is when you
need to give some serious thought to your housing prob-
lem.
We have a new 3 bedroom brick to sell you. In a choice
location and has all the features you could ask for in a
home. Remember, you can buy this one for NOTHING
DOWN on a GI Loan. Also have a 2 bedroom home that we
could sell you on a GI deal for $7,000 and nothing down
except closing costs. If you are looking for a good invest-
ment, can sell you a first class duplex worth the money.
Then, of course, if you want to build and need a good lot,
we've got lots of lots worth the change. Whatever you
might have in mind along the real estate line, just stop
by and we'll figure out something for you.
y the time you read this, I'll be down country for a few
days. My wife and I are going to take off for a few days
and see what goes on. Just me being out of town doesn't
need to slow you up, got plenty of good assistants to
handle your needs and I carry a phone around in my hip
pocket.
