warrant one representative, so several are put together to
equal one.

There was widely circulated at the entrances to
the Stadium in Fair Park on Friday night during
the Ku Klux ceremonial meeting a ticket or
guide to voters, reading as follows:
"Take this home with you as a memorandum:
