REPEALING HASKELL COUNTY QUAIL AND DOVE LAW.
H. B. No. 108.] CHAPTER 45.
An Act repealing House Bill No. 246, Acts of the Forty-fifth Legislature,
Regular Session, 1937; and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. That House Bill No. 246, Acts of the Forty-fifth
Legislature, Regular Session, 1937, be, and the same is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. The fact that there exists no further necessity for
some of the provisions of this law and the further fact that its
repeal will be highly beneficial to the people of Haskell County
create an emergency and an imperative public necessity requiring
suspension of the Constitutional Rule that the bill should
be read on three separate days in each House, and the same is
hereby suspended, and this Act shall take effect from and after
its passage, and it is so enacted.
