Senate Amendment No. 5
Amend House Bill No. 77 by adding
a new subsection (d) to Section 10 as
follows:
(d) Full authority is given the
Commission to enforce by injunction
or other appropriate remedy, in courts
of competent jurisdiction, any and
all rules, regulations, decisions, de-
terminations and orders promulgated
by it which do not conflict with any
law.

out Section 17 and re-numbering the

resolution:
H. C. R. No. 119
Whereas, Victor Guggenheim, Jr.,
is the owner of all that certain lot,
tract or parcel of land situated in
Dallas County, Texas, and being a
part of the Wm. Coombes Survey, de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a stake in the South
line of a tract of land sold by M. A.
Steven and S. Armstrong to H. H.
Smith, 1341/4 ft. from the southwest
corner of said tract;
THENCE, North 871/2 East, 134
ft. to a stake;
THENCE, North 3o West, 345 ft.
more or less paralleled with Chappell
Street to a corner on the South side
of the Dallas and Fort Worth Road;
THENCE, in a Southwestern direc-
tion along said road to a stake 154 ft.
from the intersection of the East line
of Chappell Street with the South line
of the said Dallas-Fort Worth Road;
THENCE, South 3o East, 2821% ft.
to the place of beginning and being
the tract of land conveyed by the said
A. D. Nash by H. H. Smith and wife
by Deed recorded in Volume 83, Page
634, of the Deed Records of Dallas
County, Texas, to which reference is
here made for all purposes; and
Whereas, Mrs. E. V. Guggenheim,
predecessor in title to the above de-
scribed tract to Victor Guggenheim,
Jr., conveyed a strip of land to the
State of Texas by Right-of-Way Deed,
being part of the Wm. Coombes Sur-
vey, Abstract 290, Dallas County,
Texas, being a strip of land 25 ft.,
in width across the North side of the
East half of Block 4019 in the City
of Dallas, containing .21 acres more
or less or 9,147.60 sq. ft., as shown
by Right-of-Way Deed recorded in
Volume 1781, Page 238, of the Deed
Records of Dallas County, Texas, and
to which reference is here made for
all purposes; andMay 11, 1965
