the Senate in Joint Session)
In accordance with provisions of
H. C. R. No. 14, providing for a
Joint Session of the Senate and the
House at 12:00 o'clock noon today,
for the purpose of hearing an address
by the Honorable Dean Rusk, Secre-
tary of State of the United States,
the Honorable Senators and the Jus-
tices of the Supreme Court of the
State of Texas were admitted to the
Hall of the House and occupied seats
arranged for them.
(Speaker in the Chair)

occupied a seat on the Speaker's Ros-
