The parade will organize at the Starr County Courthouse at 8 00
and will proceed south on Britton Avenue to Main and then
eastward to Fort Ringgold.
It is important that a representative of each entry report to
the front of the courthouse for registration, a number, and lineup
instructions before 9:00 a.m. All floats should park on Fourth
Street (facing east or west) in front of the courthouse. Judging will
begin at 9:00.
In order that the fair parade center on community and
youth rather than become a political forum, NO ENTRIES
endorsing any particular candidate in upcoming elections will be
allowed
