districts in which gasoline station for
auto may be located. Auto are not
to be allowed to atand In front of the

$100 for the second and subsequent
violation. The ordinance also pro
vides that householders shsll provide

Only the city sanitary wagon will
be permitted to haul garbage. The
ordinance also fixes the prlcee which
must be paid the sanitary commis-
sioner for the service rendered. Resi
dences will be taxed SO cents per
month where no horses or cows are
kept. Restaurante saloons and places
of business will be taxed according to
the amount of garbage hauled from
them.
