Dr. Sandford is Assistant Professor in the
Health and Physical Education department
at Tarleton State University. Prior to mov-
ing into higher education in 1993, she taught
public schoolphysical education in both Kan-
sas and Colorado. Dr. Sandford received her
BA and MA at the University of North-
ern Colorado and her Ed.D. from Texas
A&M University.
Ms. Bow is an instructor in the Health and
Physical Education department at Tarleton
State University. Prior to joining the
Tarleton faculty, she was a teacher and coach
in Eastland, Texas. Ms. Bow received both
her bachelor's and master's degrees from
Tarleton State University.
Mr. Whitehead is currently the physical edu-
cation specialist at Chamberlin Elementary
School in Stephenville, Texas. Prior to teach-
ing in Stephenville, he was an elementary
physical education teacher in the Abilene
Independent SchoolDistrict. Mr. Whitehead
received his BS in Exercise and Sport Stud-
ies from Tarleton State University.
