Charles W. Williams is the son of Norvell Hill Williams Reed. He is part of the fourth generation of descendents of residents of the Quakertown neighborhood in Denton, Texas. He is shown here in South Korea with equipment taken from the first North Korean tunnel discovered in the demilitarized zone.
