Wimberly, city engineer; Edward Wales, street commissioner; Dr. C.
T. Race, city physician; W. H. Anderson, assistant city physician: H.
B. Charman, scavenger and pound keeper; S. G. Peticolas, city elec-
trician; Miss Lillian Reed, librarian.
Aldermen.—James Clifford, Geo. Ogden, 1st ward; J. W. Burton,
J. B. Badger, 2d ward; J. T. Grant, I). E. McDuffie, 3d ward; John
