Court of Civil Appeals, First Supreme Judicial District.—
Holds regular terms at Galveston on first Monday in October of each
year until first Monday in July. Hon. C. C. Garrett, Chief Justice;
Hon. F. A. Williams and Hon. Robert Pleasants, Associate Justices;
Henry M. Knight, Clerk.
Second Supreme Judicial District.—Holds regular terms at
Fort Worth on first Monday of October in each year, until first Mon-
day in July. Hon. T. H. Connor, Chief Justice; Hon. Sam J. Hunter
and Hon. I. W. Stephens, Associate Justices; Strong, Clerk.
Third Supreme Judicial District.—Holds regular terms at
Austin on first Monday in October of each year until first Monday
in July. Hon. H. C. Fisher, Chief Justice; Hon. W. M. Key and
Hon. W. E. Collard, Associate Justices; R. H. Connerlv, Clerk.
