(public, parochial or private) during the 1:i38-959 school year, Wherever possible,
it is advisable that entries in the state competition be chosen at prior eliminations
sponsored by local Junior Chamber organriations. Where this is not possible entires
will be accepted direct from sponsoring schools,

Division II - Sohool grade 11 and 12

will be awarded in each division (I and II) in Classes AB B, C and D
II Portfolio Awards An SMU Scholarship will be awarded to the winner of the
state portfolio competition, All work included in the portfolio must be recent work
(done since the Joycee Competition of the preceding year), Portfolios must conform to
all specifications set out above in Class E entire
