Friday Night
"Rejoice In The Lord," sing
the pupils of the Vacation Bible
S c h o o 1 at the First Baptist
Church this week. And this is
an appropriate song for them to
sing, for this has been a school
in which they have done just
this-it has been a happy school.
This Friday night the School
will have its commencement pro-
gram at 8:00 P M. The worship
service observed daily by the
pupils will be conducted in the

Six Bastrop Methodist young
people left Wednesday for the
Seventh and Fight Grade Rustic
Camp held by the Church on the
Medina River. The camp differs
from others being held by South-
west Texas Methodists this sum-
mer in that, instead of being
held at the Conference encamp-
ment at Kerrville. it will be held
at a rustic or undeveloped site
w h e r e the young people will
"rough it" from June 2X through
July ii.

There will be a supper at the
McDade School House on Friday-
