A hi-auiiful Easier Morning
prevailed for the Easter-Egg
hunting crowd, this including the
teen-age group The Easter Morn-
ing Sunt ise Service was u huge
success with one of the largest
crowds yet recorded Special mu-
sic hy the Choral Club under the
direction of Mrs. U-e was out-
standing and our compliments to
this fine group of young people
for their part in making the ser-
vice a success. Gerald lianna
and his assistants did a wonder-
ful job on organizing the entire
service even to the systematic
parking of cars. Rev. Diaries
Young brought a message of the
Resurrection which will long be
remembered. If you missed this
service you really short-changed
yourself Again, congratulations,
and we hope this Service will
never die. Also the City of Bas-
trop should be highly commend-
ed for the beautiful cross which
greets visitors during the Easter
Season when traveling through
Bastrop It is always awe-inspir-
ing and gives us that little bit of
something which we all seem to
need.
I have always known that there
were many visitors to the parks
on holidays, hut this weekend
