ball and Dies.
Dublin, Texas, Oct. 7.-.Luth-
er Wise, aged 15 years, died ear-
ly this morning as a result of be-
ing struck by a baseball in a
game Tuesday.
The injury was not regarded
fatal, as the lad attended school
yesterday

manded to Summon Levering Reynolds,
Louis Reynolds, Alice H. Benson, (nee
Reynolds) and" her husband R. B. Ben-
son, Novita May Reynolds, Cecilia Stel-
la Reynolds, Noamie -Attilla, Reynolds,
and the unknown heirs of Ethan Nagle
Reynolds deceased, by making publi-
cation of tl)>S Citation; once In each
week for fijght successive weeks pre-
vious to the retfirn day hereof, in some
newspaper published in your county,
if there be a newspaper published
therein, but if not, then in any news-
paper published in the Fiftieth Judicial
District: but if there be no newspaper
published in said Judicial District,
then in a newspaper published in the
nearest District to said Fiftieth Judici-
cial District, to appear at the nextreg-
ular term of the District Court of
Crosby County, to be holden at Emma,
in said Crosby County, on the 13th day of
Crosbyton Commercial Club, will
introduce Cr6sby County at the
State Fair.
The many contributors of pro-
ducts that speak well for Crosby,
County, will no doubt watch with
interest for such reports from the
Fair as the Review can furnish;
and we know our representa-
tives there will keep in mind the
good neople at home and let us
know what is being done for and
said about Crosby at the Fair
Grounds.
Its success must be the wish of
all loyal to the county's inter-
ests, and we are confident Cros-
by will render a good account of
itself and its "New Baby." who
is thus striking out to -make a
good name for both.

therefore the owAer in fee simple of
an undivided 45-56 of the said first
above described land and primises; and
that the defendants, or some of them,
as the heirs of said Ethan Nagle Rey-
nolds, deceased, are the owner of an
undivided ! 1-56 of said first above des-
cribed land and premises; that plaintiff
and said defendants are the sole owners
of said land and premises so far as
known to this plaintiff, and the estima-'
ted value thereof js $6,400.00.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays the court
that defendants be cited to appear and

judgment for the partition and divis-
