Presbyteres early IMonday morning, just barely making
it in time for the train at Albany. The U. .A Presbytery
hat' just closed its session at Albany, and
Arc hie and aunt TSvio got on the same train on tle r
way to Strawn.
Had a real live and interesting meeting of Presbytery
at the close of which we invited them to meet with
'he Throckmorton church in thefall,which invitation they
accepted with seeming satisfaction.
I stayed with cousin Floronce while at ":resbytery,
and as soon as it was over I took a short trip to
Temple to see Lila. She is just as fat a s she can
be and still likes her work to the point of infatuation.
She was rather homesick this time and said so
in her letter which care since I returned.
; I have been home very little this trip. Arrived
PTron Pres. late Sat night,stayed at I:rs. ewell's that
niht,took Sun Dinner at home,stayed at the Wood's
Sunday night,went to Graham IMonday where circumstances
kept me till Wed.afternoon,visited all in the Will Donn
nell neighborhood and town-ward Wed,Thur,and Fri.,
went to Woodson Fri.night to a concert by the Graham
Concert Club,and returned home at 2:30 a.m. for he
ftjli~k time since the previous Sunday. Will have leave
the first of next week for Stamford where I am to sing
for the Federation of Women's club of this patt of the
State. Protracted meetings are going to interfere
with the regular run of the work from now on thru the
