UNITED STATES ARMY PRIMARY
HELICOPTER SCHOOL ORGANIZATION
The Primary Helicopter School, under the direct supervision of the Assistant
Commandant, consists of the following subordinate elements:
a. Student Evaluation and Review Board.
b. Office of the Secretary.
c. Office of Requirements and Budget.
d. Director of Training.
e. School Brigade.
The Student Evaluation and Review Board evaluates all recommendations for student
elimation, reviews student request for rehearing, and presents recommendations to the
Commandant as to their disposition.
The Office of the Secretary plans, supervises and coordinates administrative services for
the Commandant.
The Office of Requirements and Budgets concerned primarily with the administration of
811114.12000 funds or school funds.
The Director of Training is charged with the responsibility of planning, supervising and
coordinating all aviation training at United States Primary Helicopter School. Various divisions
and departments advise and assist in the accomplishment of the training objectives.
a. The Training Material Division writes programed texts and is responsible for all
training materials presented.
b. The Evaluation and Analysis Division evaluates all flight and academic student training
effectiveness and standardizes military and contractor flight instructor personnel.
c. The Plans, Programs and Curriculum Division develops and coordinates training
requirements, plans, progress of instruction and flight syllabi. This office also
coordinates United States Army Primary Helicopter School training activities with
Department of Army, Continental Army Command, and United States Aviation
School.
