Applicable to De Witt County
County subject to provisions of act prohibiting the hunting of deer with
dogs, except one dog for trailing wounded deer. T.A., May 28, 1931, 42d
Legis., 853; 'iov. 29, 1932, 42d Legis., 4th C.S., 12.
County included in Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, a conservation and
reclamation district created by the act. T.A., Oct. 17, 1935, 44th
Legis., 1st C.S., 1615.
County placed in Gulf Coast Zone for hunting white wing and mourning
doves; open season during September and October of each year. T.A., Mlay 24,
1937, 45th Legis., 814.
Special road iaw for county; commissioners court allowed to fund or refund
with certified road bonds, indebtedness outstanding against county
road and bridge fund as of January 31, 1939. T.A., Feb. 21, 19C2, 46th

Sale of bass, crappie, perch, catfish, or any other game fish mady finable
