canvasses of election returns; creation of school districts to
1915; issuance of courthouse, jail, road, and bridge bonds; orders for
surveys of county boundary lines; appointiient of officers to fill vacancies;
and action on bills and claims presented. Minutes for each meeting
show date and place of meeting, names of presiding officer aCnd commissioners
present, subject of business and court action, and signatures
