STUDENT CONDUCT
STUDENT CONDUCT
McMurry Students are expected to be
mature and responsible members of the
college community. All students are
expected to observe high standards of
good taste and good citizenship. McMurry
College feels that it has a minimal
amount of regulations and asks your
cooperation in complying with them.
The following rules and regulations apply
to all McMurry students. Failure to
observe any of these rules and
regulations subjects the student to
appropriate disciplinary action by the
Vice President for Student Services or in
his absence a member of his staff,
usually the Associate Dean of Students.
Misconduct for which the student's
actions are subject to question falls

vandalizes fire warning or fighting
equipment or any other safety devices or
equipment is subject to disciplinary
action up to and including expulsion from
the college. Residence Hall students
will be removed from the residence halls.

paddling, with or without the consent of
a student (according to the Texas
Education Code, Section 4.19) or
