THOSE HOPING TO become lawyers after
graduation find a special interest in the Fu-
ture Lawyers Club. The members and their
sponsor, Mr. Rex Copeland, hold monthly
meetings, where they discuss laws observ-
ance. They help to arrange a program for
Law Day on May 1, where local attorneys
sometimes serve as guest speakers.
There is never a shortage of material for
conversation when the Future Lawyers get
together.
Future Doctors hold their meetings every
Friday. Interest in this club usually repre-
sents special ability in biology and related
fields of science. The Future Doctors
planned to visit the John Sealey Hospital
and other hospitals in the Galveston area,
as one of their activities.
The principal sponsor of the group is Mr. Al
Hebert, but other science teachers help the
club from time to time.FLA and FDA Clubs Prepare
