Art Talents Revealed
TUESDAY AFTERNOONS ARE meeting dates set aside by
members of the Art Club, sponsored by Mr. Cecil Taylor.
Members have a chance to show off and practice using
their creative talents. Many of the club member's crea-
tions are exhibited in nearby art shows.
In February several members of the club visited Texas
Southern University of Houston and the University of
Houston. They also visited the Paint Box Art Center and
viewed the art exhibit at Foley's. "This kind of trip," says
Mr. Taylor, "will give students an opportunity to look at
art exhibits and college art exhibits and college art de-
