Choir Enjoys Successful Year

Ax gThe AMixed Choir. the Girls' Glee Clul,. Boys' Chorus.
and A Cappella Choir join to form one big group at
main performances. The entire group \ent to Inter-
scholastic I-eague contest and placed first division in
sight reading and second division in concert.
The \lixed Choir. composed of alrl oximnatelh sixty-
six members went to the co(ntes and competed as a
separate unit as well. Thex joined the Girls' Glee Club
in Christmas caroling.
Girls' Glee Club. composed of forty-fi\e. rehearse at
class time and join other groups at performances.
The Boys' Chorus has growin from fifteen members
in 1959 to include forty boxs \\ho do not meet at class
time. The\ meet t\xice a week in the early morning.MIXED CHOIR OFFICERS are Jim Miller, vice-president; Roy
Godkin, president; Patsy Joranstad, librarian; and Fran Stagg, sec-
retary-treasurer. Not pictured is Suzie Thornton, librarian.
