A leading lady hair stylist
from Lubbock has announced
that "anything goes" In hair
styles for the holiday season.
Seem styles are due for a change
in January. Until then ladles may
use the holiday season to wear
their weirdest. . . er. . . uh. . .
most glamorous hair fashions.
The Lubbock hair fashion expert
didnt predict what the new
fashion will be. I'll venture a
guess that hair fashions wont
get any bigger, though.

The game that iiarry Jung has
been predicting all season comet
up Friday night at Lowrey Field
Lubbock, when Petersburg meets
Albany. Albany is Jung's home
town.
All seaaon long Jung haa been
reading the Lubbock papers
Thursday reports about how one
of the top games in the state
will be between Albany and
whichever opponent was sche-
duled. Saturday morning he
would read every line in the
Lubbock daily looking for the
outcome. Nary a word. Albany
must have been too far away for
reports to reach Lubbock by the
sports deadline time.
Anyway, Jung hopes to find
out the outcome of this game.
He'll probably be there to see it.

Teams are the boys and girls

Freshman boys and girls, eighth

One drawback to the many
teams Is that there Is only one
