PLAIN TALK
MR. FARMER Your cotton crop may fail but your dividends in Tex-
as Union Packing Co. go on every year.
MR. CATTLEMAN. HOG MAN and SHEEP MAN The range may
dry up but your dividends in Texas Union Packing Co. go on just the same.
An investment with us will tide you over during your bad years. IN-
SURE YOURSELF BY INVESTING WITH US.
WHY HOUSTON WAS SElCTED I. It has 18 railroads connect
with Belt Line and has no SWITCHING CHARGE. 2. It has water trans-
portation from Gulf channel and can deliver the finished product to New
York and coast cities 85 per cent cheaper than by rail. 3. The great stock
sections of Texas and Louisiana are tributary to it. 4. It's prestige as a dis-
tributing center and its great banking facilities.
Our Manager and What He Did:
Mr. Jeff T. Gibbons was formerly manager of the Houston Packing
Co. He resigned to accept a position with us as General Manager. He built
the Houston Packing Company up from a small beginning of $60000 until
today it has assets of over $1600000.00 beside paying large dividends.
AN INVESTMENT. NOT A SPECULATION.
There is not one dollars worth of promotion or watered stock. A most
careful analysis conservatively shows that we will pay 75 per cent to 100 per
cent dividends each year and that in a few years an investment will be worth
many times its original value.
We want the support of every loyal Texan. We want to give the pro-
ducer a square deal. We want to furnish him an independent market where he
won't be forced to pay exorbitant charges for yardage and feed where he
won't have to take what the packing trust sees fit to offer him and we want
to see that the cattle industry will live in the State of Texas.
$1000000 of securities will be placed on ths market for $100 per share after which the second
million will be sold for $125 per share and third million $150 per share. All shares fully paid and
non-assessable. EASY PAYMENTS IF DESIRED.
