Description

Letter from Finnis E. Jolly, area manager of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, to Thomas E. Huebner, city manager of San Antonio. Jolly's letter is in response to some of Huebner's questions, as well as a reminder that funds given to the Barbara Jordan Community Center must be reimbursed because of its low priority; otherwise, Jolly will take the proper course of action.
