Jaurez in Hands of Rebels.
El Paso, May 10. — Fighting
was resumed in the streets of
Jaurez at 8 o'clock this morning,
after firing several dynamite
bombs. During the night the
rebels moved their canon from a
! hill to a position near the west-
ern part of the city. Col. Gara-
baldi and 200 insurreotos are re-
[ ported at Perfirio Diaz hotel,
where they are watching the cus-
toms house, in which the Feder-
! als are hiding.
j The insurreotos cuptured the
church this morning and the
Federals evacuated Juarez A
mighty cheer from the insurrec-
tos near the bridge about 11
o'clock was the first signal that
they had captured Juarez. Their
horseman galloped toward Mad-
ero's headquatesrs and Juarez
housetops begin to swarm with
rebel fighters. Seventy-five
prisoners were liberated from
jail and into El Paso this morn-
ing.
Victory Complete.
The rebel artilleay tore four
big holes in the barricade of the
barracks and it surrendered at
12:55 thin afternoon, the rebel
victory then being complete. The
only firing is far away in the
foothill to the south. The reb-
els claim that Gen. Navorro sur-
rendered with the others in the
barracks.

Celina, May 9.—In a runaway j
four miles west of here Tuesday
after noon, Mrs. Alonzo Parsons

which was hicthed two horses.
At a point about four miles west
of Celina the horses became
frightened at an object at the
road side and ran away. The
buggy crashed into obstruction
and the throe occupants were
hurled to the ground with great
violence. Mrs. Dhein was killed
outright, her skull being fractur-
ed.
Mrs. Parson sustained a shat-
tered elbow, a dislocated shoul-
der and a broked leg and is be-
lieved to have been internally in-
jured. The attending physicians
do not believe that she will re-
