So. Tenn. St. MeKinney, Tex.
Collin county received a very high
compliment from W. T. Alagec of the
animal husbandry department of A
iV M. College after lie had finished n
tour of tlit' county. "Collin count)
easily excels any county iu the state
that I have ever Inspected from the
standpoint of good purebred live-
stock," he said. "You have more of
tho good ones and especially hi this
true in some breeds," said Mr. Magee
Mr. Magee was selected by Han
Scott to sift the offering for the annual
spring sale of the Collin County Pure-
bred livestock Association. Mr. Scott
who is salesmanager of the sale, ac-
companied Mr. Magee for three days
in Oils work. vlHltlng pcrluips a half
hundred herds or more in the county,
broking over several hundred head of
purebreds selecting the stuff that goes
into the annual county sales which
takes place March 7tli and 8th. Hoth of
them feel that the offering for the
spring sale this year is going to be an
exceptional one.
