Rule Transfer
Title 19, Part 1
Through the enactment of Senate Bill 1158, 83rd Legislature, 2013,
Regular Session, the powers and duties of the Texas Higher Education
Coordinating Board relating to the administration of the Hazlewood
Act are transferred to the Texas Veterans Commission.
In order to comply with that bill, the rules relating to the administration
of the Hazlewood Act, currently located under Title 19, Part 1, Chapter
21, Subchapter NN of the Texas Administrative Code, are transferred
and reorganized under Title 40, Part 15, Chapter 461, Subchapter A of
the Texas Administrative Code.
This transfer is effective May 26, 2013.
