SERVICE
M O B I L I Z A T LO
IN THE DISTRICT
The District Commissioner, or someone ap-
pointed by him is the Chairman of Emergency
Service in a District. When an emergency arises,
or a mobilization is desired, the Chairman of
Emergency Service will call Units in this order:
Explorer Posts, Ships, and
Squadrons.
IN THE UNIT
Explorer Crews in Troops.
All Scout Troops
Mobilization calls must be passed from man to man by the fastest possible method. Be ready to get the
calls through if telephones are out of order and roads blocked. If a man in the chain can't be reached, skip
over him to the two men he would call. For example below, if the Secretary is unavailable, the Advisor
would call Crew Leaders 3 and 4. _ ^
