Description
Photocopy of an office memorandum addressed to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Dallas Police Department. The memorandum states that Virgie Mae Rackley, an employee at the Texas School Book Depository, was interviewed. Rackley said that she did not know Lee Harvey Oswald.
