The trouble with something
everyone needs,
is thot everyone else is
selling it...usuully.
Wouldn't it be great to
find a product that fills such a
common need that just about
everyone could use it? And yet
have the product be so unique
that there wouldn't really be
any competition—selling it
would be almost automatic.
That kind of a product
would make it a lot
simpler for the group
leader, easier and
more meaningful
for the youth in fund
raising.
Well, there is such a
product. It's called the Spill
Stopper. Anyone who's ever
used paint, varnish, syrup
or any of the many
products that come in
cans with removable
lids has been
putting up with
a problem.
Messy drips,
spills in pouring,
mixing
splashes.
To
Spill Stopper, made of high
quality plastic, presses into
the can top and solves the
problem quickly and simply.
But there's another
problem. The average person
can't get a Spill Stopper,
because it's brand new, and
hasn't had time to get to the
corner store. So chances are the
only place a prospect can get
one is from your group.
Units that have already
sold the Spill Stopper have
found it to be an easy,
trouble-free way
to raise funds. There's
no cash outlay. Spill
Stoppers are packedj
50 packages per
carton and
79mm1
shipped to you postage prepaid
on a 30-day open account. You
pay only for the Spill Stoppers
sold. Return any unsold packs to
us, postage prepaid, for full credit.
Individual packages contain
3 Spill Stoppers-
one each to fit
standard pint,
quart and
gallon cans.
They sell
for $2.00,
and 40%
of each sale
is yours. By the way,
we'll include a
handy sales card
for each group
member that
takes the fear out
of selling. Also,
we have produced
an entertaining
and educational
audio/visual sales
primer which you
may borrow to
help motivate
your group.
